All rugs for sale on the Figalli Oriental Rugs website are sold as described. Please carefully read each rug’s description and examine the photos before purchasing.

Figalli Oriental Rugs offers its customers the benefit of long-term exchange. Any rug purchased from the Caucasian, Indian, Persian, Turkish and Turkmen collections can be exchanged by the buyer for the same value indicated on the sales invoice. At any time, the buyer can exchange any or all of the rugs listed on your invoice for full credit of the original purchase price.

Requirements to enjoy long-term exchange credit 
To ensure the longevity of a rug and to take advantage of the long-term exchange benefit offered exclusively by Figalli Oriental Rugs, your carpet must be delivered to us every three years for cleaning and restoration. We will provide the most suitable washing or repair method and supervise the entire process. Failure to use our cleaning services or deterioration of your rug’s condition over the three years without being carried out by our specialists results in the loss of exchange value.

The cleaning service of any rug from three months from the date of purchase and any restoration work necessary to make the carpet marketable must be paid for by the buyer. Any damage due to use, accident, fading, stains, or misuse will decrease or prevent the viability of the exchange credit. The buyer must bear all expenses, such as shipping, pickup, washing, restoration, delivery, and installation. The exchange credit can never be used to pay for these services. It can only be used to exchange or offset the value of purchasing another rug in our sales catalogue. This credit is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
