Designs passed down for centuries between families of carpet makers orbit the emblematic triad of three hooked medallions that occupy the centre of the rug. Each medallion is interspersed with framed and flowered diamonds accompanied by stylized swastikas. Outside and inside the medallions, the carpet is entirely decorated with different types of flowers.
