This Azerbaijani Verneh of high-quality craftsmanship was woven using Soumak and brocade techniques on a dark-colored base. With colorful geometric motifs, each of the 80 square compartments contains a large cruciform design with a hook at each end. The border consists of double hooks like buckled belts.
