Hence the name Lilihan Sarouk. Most rugs feature the design of flowers, branches, bushes, vines and bouquet of flowers in the center of the rug and spread across the remaining area. The borders also have flowers and shrubs with plants and vines.<br \/>\nThe main area of the oldest Lilihans was woven in the most varied shades of red, ranging from the most saturated tomato red to peach red. A small percentage was woven in navy blue and ivory. In addition to these colors, different shades of red, blue, green, gold, gray and brown are used in the design and contours of the rug.<br \/>\nThe base of the rug is made with cotton, the pile is wool and the knot is asymmetrical.
