Buying at Figalli is simple, and there is more than one way to do it: you can complete the purchase on the site, or receive the pieces at home to see them before you decide. Buying on the site<\/h3>\n

1. Find the rug.<\/strong> Open the Catalogue<\/a> from the \u2630 menu at the top left, where all the available pieces are. Next to the menu is the search box: if you already know the name of the rug, type it there. In the catalogue you can also filter by collection, material, design, size and period.<\/p>\n

2. Open the page of the piece.<\/strong> Click the photograph to see the rug in detail, with zoom, the full technical sheet \u2014 origin, period, measurements, materials and technique \u2014 and the description of the piece.<\/p>\n

3. Add it to the cart.<\/strong> After adding one rug you can carry on browsing and add others.<\/p>\n

4. Check out.<\/strong> In the cart, click Checkout. If you already have an account, sign in; if not, you create it there and then.<\/p>\n

5. Pay.<\/strong> Choose one of the available methods. The order is confirmed once the payment has been cleared.<\/p>\n

Shipping is already included in the price shown, anywhere in the world.<\/strong> There is no separate freight to pay. Import duties and taxes are not included: they are set by the customs authority of the destination country.<\/p>\n

The price on the page.<\/strong> Every piece in the catalogue shows its price. If the piece you are interested in has no price on its page, write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we will tell you straight away.<\/p>\n

Seeing the piece at home before deciding<\/h3>\n

However good the photograph, you only know whether a rug is the right one when it is on your floor, in your light, next to your furniture. That is why we bring the pieces to you.<\/p>\n

How it works.<\/strong> We agree beforehand, on WhatsApp, which pieces, the date and the delivery address. Sending them depends on that arrangement and on the address, and the logistics vary with the destination.<\/p>\n

The deposit.<\/strong> To receive pieces at home without having completed a purchase, a deposit is made for the full value of the rugs sent. That deposit is not the sale of the rug<\/strong>: it is the guarantee that the pieces come back, and it is refunded in full when they are returned. If you decide to keep one of the pieces, the deposit for that piece becomes its payment.<\/p>\n

Seven days<\/strong>, counted from delivery. Within that period you only have to tell us that you are not keeping the pieces, and we arrange collection at the same address.<\/p>\n

And if the purchase is already done?<\/strong> The right is the same: seven calendar days from delivery to cancel, without giving a reason. The conditions are in Returns, exchanges and refunds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The condition the piece has to come back in.<\/strong> While the rug is in your home, the care it needs is the same you would give a piece that was already yours. The piece cannot come back stained, cut, burned, damp or showing signs of having been washed.<\/p>\n

A suggestion from people who live with these rugs.<\/strong> Seven days are enough, but use them well. Look at the piece in the morning, in the afternoon and at night with the lights on: it is the same rug, and it changes temperature with the light. And put it in its final place from the first day. A rug seen leaning against a wall or folded in a corner is misleading.<\/p>\n

Following up on your questions.<\/strong> After your visit to the catalogue, a conversation on the telephone or an e-mail, we send high-resolution images with faithful colours of the pieces you are interested in. If you send us photographs of the living room, the bedroom or the office from your phone, we place the chosen rugs in the image of your own room.<\/p>\n

Presentation at your home.<\/strong> For projects involving more than one piece, we offer a presentation at your home, anywhere in Brazil: we bring the rugs pre-selected for each space and help you compare sizes, colour balance and styles side by side, in the real room. That is how the best choice shows itself.<\/p>\n

Knowledge.<\/strong> The site has a whole section on antique oriental rugs \u2014 history, technique, how to choose, how to care for them and how to decorate with them. It is in Knowledge<\/a>, in the menu.<\/p>\n

Cleaning and maintenance.<\/strong> At any time you can turn to our cleaning and maintenance programme for any rug bought from us. We arrange for the piece to be collected and sent to the specialist cleaning service, and we return it to you.<\/p>\n
