Before you buy<\/h3>\n

Every rug is unique and antique. Read the description and the technical sheet, look carefully at the photographs, and check the measurements against the space where the piece will go. The photographs are of the actual piece, taken by us \u2014 they are not stock images. Even so, the colour of a rug changes with the light of a room, and that is what seeing the piece at home<\/a> is for.<\/p>\n

Right to withdraw \u2014 7 days<\/h3>\n

You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just tell us by e-mail or WhatsApp within that period.<\/p>\n

What condition the rug has to come back in<\/h3>\n

While the rug is in your home, the care it needs is the same you would give a piece that was already yours. The piece cannot come back stained, cut, burned, damp or showing signs of having been washed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Who pays for the return<\/h3>\n

On international orders, the return freight is paid by the buyer. We will tell you how to pack the piece and where to send it, and we can put you in touch with our carrier, but the cost of sending it back is yours.<\/p>\n

Import duties and taxes already paid on entry are not refunded by us. Where a refund of those amounts is available, it is claimed from the customs authority of the destination country.<\/p>\n

If the piece is not what was advertised<\/h3>\n

If the rug arrives at odds with the description, the listing, or the certificate of authenticity, tell us within 90 calendar days of receiving it. In that case the choice is yours: a refund of what you paid, a proportional reduction of the price, or an exchange for another piece of equivalent value. When the piece is not what we said it was, the return freight is ours.<\/p>\n

Damage in transit<\/h3>\n

Check the packaging on delivery. If it has been opened or the rug is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. Every shipment is insured for its declared value and we deal with the carrier \u2014 you are not left in the middle.<\/p>\n

How the money comes back<\/h3>\n

Credit card: a credit to your statement, processed by the card issuer, within up to two subsequent statements.<\/p>\n

Bank transfer: sent to an account in the buyer’s own name, within 3 business days of the piece reaching us and being checked. We do not refund to third-party accounts.<\/p>\n

What is not covered<\/h3>\n

Damage from improper use, accident, cleaning outside our instructions, exposure to damp or weather, and the natural wear that comes from using a rug over time.<\/p>\n

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.<\/p>\n
