A fine Tabriz whose design is inspired by the work of the master Hadji Jallili, whose late 19th-century workshop redefined the elegance of Persian weaving. Faithful to that legacy, the palette renounces easy contrast in favour of light: a field of pale champagne and camel, over which palmettes and flowering vines are drawn in soft gold and accents of navy. Corner spandrels in deep blue gently frame the luminous expanse. Rugs in the Hadji Jallili manner are prized precisely for this serenity — they illuminate a room rather than dominate it. A piece of understated nobility, woven in the city that gave Persia its most refined ateliers.
