See the rug before you decide — a video visit, at a time you choose
Fifteen minutes, live, with the piece in front of us. We walk the rug in daylight, turn it over so you can read the knots on the back, and fold it so you can watch the sheen change direction. You ask for whatever you want to see closer — a corner, a repair, the exact tone of a colour.

A written condition report, before the call
Every piece you are considering gets a condition report: pile and wear, how the dyes have behaved, any repair or restoration, any low spot. It reaches you before the video visit, so the conversation starts from the same place.
We photograph the flaws on purpose. A rug of this age with no wear at all either is not that old, or was not described honestly.
Authenticity, in writing
Every piece travels with its certificate of authenticity — origin, period, materials and hand manufacture. It is a document, not a money-back promise: what protects you if a rug arrives at odds with it is the 90-day rule below.
Shipping, insurance and taxes — nothing new at the checkout
- International shipping is already included in the price. There is no separate freight charge at any point.
- DHL Express, door to door, fully insured for its declared value at no extra cost. If a piece is lost or damaged in transit, we deal with the carrier ourselves.
- We hand the rug to DHL within 5 business days of the order being confirmed. DHL transit time to your country applies from there, and customs clearance is outside our control.
- Import duties and local taxes are yours, set by the customs authority of your country.
- Buyers in the United States: the US currently restricts imports of Iranian origin, which covers many antique Persian rugs. Talk to us before buying and we will confirm a specific piece origin and eligibility.

If it is not right
- Seven calendar days to change your mind, without giving a reason. Live with the rug during those days; it simply cannot come back stained, cut, burned, damp or washed.
- On international orders, the return freight is paid by the buyer. Import duties already paid on entry are not refunded by us.
- If the rug arrives at odds with the description, the listing or the certificate of authenticity, tell us within 90 calendar days.
