How your rug travels
Each piece is professionally prepared, rolled, and protected, then dispatched fully insured via DHL Express, door to door. You receive a tracking number the moment your rug is on its way.
Delivery time
Approximately 5 business days from dispatch to your door, anywhere in the world. Dispatch follows confirmation of your order.
Fully insured, at no extra cost
Every shipment is insured for its full value while in transit. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, you are completely protected.
Import duties & taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and vary by destination.
Customs & import eligibility
Buyers are responsible for confirming that a piece may be legally imported into their country. Some countries restrict imports based on a rug's country of origin. In particular, the United States currently restricts the import of goods of Iranian origin, which includes many antique Persian rugs.
