Buying at Figalli Rugs is easy and safe. Check below some important information that can help you with your purchase. Remember that we are available to answer any questions you may have through email at contato@figalli.com or phone at +55 11 94989 0309.

1. Find the rug you are looking for. You can find it through the Collection menu at the top of the website. You will see a catalogue containing all the available rugs, or you can choose different catalogues according to the type of rug you are looking for. If you already know the name of the rug, you can search by typing directly into the search box on the left and above the menu.
2. Click on the photo of the product you liked to display its details. You will find a brief description of the rug and options to view the details of the pictures with zoom.
3. If you want to buy it, add it to your shopping cart by clicking the Buy button. After adding a product to the cart, you can continue shopping and add other items.
4. Having chosen all the products you want, click the Proceeding to Checkout button. You will then be directed to the login screen.
5. You must enter your login and password to access your data if you are already registered. Otherwise, you must register.
6. When accessing your data, you will see the shipping costs and the cost of the entire purchase.
