Warranty

Figalli Oriental Rugs offers a three-month warranty on all products sold on its website, counted from the date of issue of the sales invoice to the consumer.

Figalli Oriental Rugs reserves the right to change the general, technical, and aesthetic characteristics of its products, or to introduce improvements to them at any time, without incurring any obligation to do the same for products in stock or already sold.

The warranty on rugs sold by Figalli Oriental Rugs does not cover the following situations:

• Wear to the finish, parts and/or pieces damaged by heavy use or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions (weather, humidity, sea air, cold, intense sun and heat);
• Damage caused during transport or installation of the product, when these were not carried out by the company or by professionals appointed by the company;
• Misuse, undue strain, or use other than that intended by the company for each product. Defects or wear caused by institutional use for products not explicitly indicated for that purpose;
• Problems related to unsuitable conditions at the location where the product was installed, including uneven floors, the presence of excessive moisture, weak walls, etc.;
• Mistreatment, carelessness, or cleaning or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions provided by the company;
• Damage caused by cleaning or restoration services hired by the consumer rather than by the company;
• Damage caused by accidents, falls, casualties, pest attacks, or natural agents;
• Oxidation or corrosion due to lack of cleaning, maintenance with unsuitable products, or exposure to weather, humidity, or sea air.
